Deep Dish Pizza Casserole

I’m all about easy lunches.

I don’t know about you, but lunches are hard to plan and then hope that everyone likes it. But who doesn’t like Pizza? This is a very simple casserole. Your children would enjoy making their own, topping it with their own yummy toppings. Here in my home, we add mushrooms, black olives, ham, onions, spinach leaves, and of course extra pizza sauce and cheese. I may add pineapples the next time I make this dish.

I like to make fun dishes, even though our children have moved out, I still try to make meals fun and easy. I to stay away from large amounts of leftovers, as my husband gets bored and burnt out on them. If I do end up making a large amount of food, I like to share with our neighbors or family

With our kitchen being on the small side and we don’t own a dishwasher, it can make for cooking a little rough. Our dishes are washed by hand, mine. Doing the dishes I don’t mind, I just hate putting them away. So this recipe is a 10+ in my book. Few dishes, little cleaning up, and its loved by everyone.
