Looking for a fast and easy recipe? Look no farther.

I do not take credit for this photo.

It’s one of those days, tired, not knowing what to cook, and who feels like cooking after a busy day? I turned to Pinterest and stumbled across this recipe. I’ve added spinach leaves and black olives to this recipe.

My family love loves this recipe. It’s fast and so easy to make. We like it topped with shredded cheese, sour cream with garlic bread on the side along with a tossed salad, ranch dressing with a drink. Leftovers are just as yummy as the day before.

This a good dish to make at the begging of was a busy week. Just pop it back in the over to heat and you’re ready to eat.
