One of my favorite Facebook groups I love.
Which is: Broke Plant Traders
I love this group, because the people are very kind, help with questions, share idea’s, posting pictures of their plants, flower beds, and like to share their plants and seeds. The group is about trading seeds, plants inside or outside, and other items that have to do with flowers or plants. I’ve only been in this group since June I believe, and I’m glad to say I have enough seeds to plant 3 maybe 4 flowerbeds.
Wednesday’s: Are Wish Wednesday, you post a wish and sometimes someone will grant that wish. You can only post one wish per Wednesday. If you have question don’t be afraid to ask the group or private message an Admin.
I decided that I would do a Free Surprise Giveaway each month sometimes two times. I do this because I know how much it makes me happy, and I want others to be happy. There is no cost out of the winner’s pocket. I pay for it all. I look at it as paying it forward.
How does it this work: I will post the Surprise Giveaway anytime through that month. The members guess a number and try to guess the number that I have in mind without going over. Which I try to give 24 hours, until I turn comments off to stroll through the comments. Once I find the winner I will turn comments back on and edit the post with the winner’s name. The winner must send me Private Message, with their name and mailing address. The winner must live in the United States. You are still able to guess if you don’t live in the United States and you’re a winner, you can grant you winnings to another person. Once I have the mailing information I will put together a surprise package. The winner never knows what they may get. I send the package out and send the winner the tracking number. Once the winner receives the package I ask that they post a picture of what they received to the group.
Some of the give aways I’ve given: seeds, air plant kit, live plants, blanket, ornaments, figurines, and the list goes on. I really can’t remember.
This is a great group, drama free, sharing, helpful, post beautiful pictures of the plants and flowers, and the list goes on.
